- Ice cubes, as needed
- Fresh mint leaves, for garnish
- Extra lychee fruit, for garnish
- 2–3 tablespoons simple syrup (optional, adjust to taste)
Instructions
- Steep the tea bags in 4 cups of hot water until the tea reaches desired strength. Allow to cool.

- Optionally, blend a few lychees for a more intense lychee flavor and mix into the tea.
- Add simple syrup if desired and mix well.
- Refrigerate until chilled, about 20–25 minutes.
- Serve in glasses filled with ice, adding whole lychees and garnishing with fresh mint leaves.
- Optionally, shake the tea with ice for a foamy top before serving.
Notes
- Use jasmine or green tea for a lighter version.
- Add sparkling water for a fizzy twist.
- A splash of lemon juice enhances brightness.
- For a creamy version, stir in milk or plant-based cream.
- Tapioca pearls make it a fun bubble tea variation.
- Store tea without ice in the fridge for up to 3 days and stir before serving.
