Description

This no-bake Lemon Fluff Dessert is a light, airy, and tangy treat that comes together with lemon gelatin, creamy whipped topping, and pie filling. Perfect for warm weather, potlucks, or an easy make-ahead dessert that everyone will love.


Ingredients

  • 1 large package lemon-flavoured gelatin (Jell-O)
  • 2 cups boiling water
  • 1½ cups cold water
  • 1 (3-ounce) box Cook & Serve lemon pie filling mix (not instant)
  • 8 oz whipped topping (e.g. Cool Whip), thawed
  • Optional: fresh lemon zest or slices for garnish

Instructions

  1. Dissolve the lemon gelatin in 2 cups boiling water. Stir until fully dissolved.
  2. Add 1½ cups cold water to the gelatin and stir. Set aside to cool until just warm.
  3. Prepare the lemon pie filling mix according to package directions. Let it cool slightly.
  4. Gently fold the cooled pie filling into the cooled gelatin until well combined.
  5. Fold in the whipped topping until light, fluffy, and pale yellow.
  6. Transfer to a 9×9-inch dish or individual cups. Refrigerate for 2–3 hours or until set.
  7. Before serving, garnish with lemon zest or slices if desired.

Notes

  • Use Cook & Serve lemon pie filling for best texture — instant may not set correctly.
  • For added texture or flavour, fold in fruit (like berries) or marshmallows before chilling.
  • Homemade whipped cream can be used instead of Cool Whip — whip to soft or medium peaks.
