This no-bake Lemon Fluff Dessert is a light, airy, and tangy treat that comes together with lemon gelatin, creamy whipped topping, and pie filling. Perfect for warm weather, potlucks, or an easy make-ahead dessert that everyone will love.
Ingredients
- 1 large package lemon-flavoured gelatin (Jell-O)
- 2 cups boiling water
- 1½ cups cold water
- 1 (3-ounce) box Cook & Serve lemon pie filling mix (not instant)
- 8 oz whipped topping (e.g. Cool Whip), thawed
- Optional: fresh lemon zest or slices for garnish
Instructions
- Dissolve the lemon gelatin in 2 cups boiling water. Stir until fully dissolved.
- Add 1½ cups cold water to the gelatin and stir. Set aside to cool until just warm.
- Prepare the lemon pie filling mix according to package directions. Let it cool slightly.
- Gently fold the cooled pie filling into the cooled gelatin until well combined.
- Fold in the whipped topping until light, fluffy, and pale yellow.
- Transfer to a 9×9-inch dish or individual cups. Refrigerate for 2–3 hours or until set.
- Before serving, garnish with lemon zest or slices if desired.
Notes
- Use Cook & Serve lemon pie filling for best texture — instant may not set correctly.
- For added texture or flavour, fold in fruit (like berries) or marshmallows before chilling.
- Homemade whipped cream can be used instead of Cool Whip — whip to soft or medium peaks.
