Ingredients
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/8 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
- 1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese
- Sugar-free marinara sauce, for dipping
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Spread mozzarella into thin rectangular strips (4–5 inches long) directly on the parchment paper, leaving space between each strip.
- Sprinkle evenly with Italian seasoning, garlic powder, red pepper flakes (if using), and Parmesan.
- Bake for 6–8 minutes until edges are golden brown. Watch closely to avoid overbaking.
- Remove from oven and cool for about 30 seconds. While still warm and pliable, gently roll each strip into a stick.
- Let them firm up, then serve warm with sugar-free marinara sauce.
