Description

These keto mozzarella cheese sticks are quick, cheesy, and low-carb — a perfect snack for keto lovers. With a crispy outer edge and melty center, they’re made from simple pantry ingredients and come together in under 15 minutes.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/8 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese
  • Sugar-free marinara sauce, for dipping

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Spread mozzarella into thin rectangular strips (4–5 inches long) directly on the parchment paper, leaving space between each strip.
  3. Sprinkle evenly with Italian seasoning, garlic powder, red pepper flakes (if using), and Parmesan.
  4. Bake for 6–8 minutes until edges are golden brown. Watch closely to avoid overbaking.
  5. Remove from oven and cool for about 30 seconds. While still warm and pliable, gently roll each strip into a stick.
  6. Let them firm up, then serve warm with sugar-free marinara sauce.
