Ingredients
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup lump crab meat, drained and picked over
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a mixing bowl, blend softened cream cheese and mayonnaise until smooth.
- Stir in shredded cheddar, grated Parmesan, salt, and pepper until combined.
- Gently fold in the lump crab meat, being careful not to break it apart too much.
- Transfer the mixture to an oven-safe baking dish and spread evenly.
- Bake for 20–25 minutes, until hot and lightly golden on top.
