Description

A golden roll of pizza dough filled with layers of deli meats, melty mozzarella, and classic Italian flavors. Perfect for casual meals or entertaining, it’s hearty, comforting, and easy to slice and share.


Ingredients

  • 13 oz refrigerated pizza dough
  • 1/4 cup pizza sauce (plus extra for serving)
  • 1/4 lb thinly sliced deli ham
  • 1/4 lb sliced deli salami
  • 1/4 lb sliced deli pepperoni
  • 3 cups grated mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 2 tbsp butter, melted
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp dried parsley

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Roll out pizza dough into a rectangle on the baking sheet.
  3. Spread 1/4 cup pizza sauce over dough, leaving edges bare.
  4. Layer with ham, 1 cup mozzarella, salami, 1 cup mozzarella, pepperoni, and remaining mozzarella. Sprinkle with Italian seasoning.
  5. Roll tightly from one long edge. Pinch seams and tuck ends under.
  6. Brush top with melted butter. Sprinkle with garlic powder and parsley. Cut a few small slits on top for steam.
  7. Bake 20 minutes, or until golden brown and crisp. Let rest 5 minutes before slicing.
  8. Serve warm with extra pizza sauce.
