Description

A creamy, refreshing iced matcha latte infused with vanilla protein powder. This energizing drink is perfect for a low-sugar morning boost or a cool afternoon refreshment with about 10g of protein per serving.

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 teaspoon matcha powder (preferably ceremonial grade)
  • 3/4 cup unsweetened almond milk (or milk of choice)
  • 1 scoop (about 20g) vanilla protein powder
  • 1/2 cup ice

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl or cup, whisk the matcha powder with the water using a milk frother or matcha whisk until fully dissolved and smooth.
  2. In a serving glass, combine the milk and vanilla protein powder. Froth or whisk until smooth and slightly foamy.
  3. Add ice to the glass with the milk mixture.
  4. Pour the prepared matcha over the ice and milk.
  5. Stir gently to combine and enjoy immediately.

Notes

  • Use oat, soy, cashew, or regular dairy milk depending on dietary preference.
  • For a sweeter drink, add 1–2 teaspoons of maple syrup or honey.
  • To enjoy warm, skip the ice and use hot water and warm milk instead.
  • Shake in a mason jar or blend for a smoother texture if you don’t have a frother.
