Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons matcha powder (high quality)
- 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 1/3 cup (80 ml) hot water (not boiling)
- 4 tablespoons sweet red bean paste
- 2 cups (480 ml) whole milk (or milk of choice)
- 2–3 cups ice cubes
Instructions
- In a small bowl, whisk together matcha powder and sugar.
- Add hot water and whisk until fully dissolved and smooth.
- Place 2 tablespoons of red bean paste at the bottom of each serving glass.
- Fill each glass with ice to the top.
- Pour 1 cup of milk over the red bean and ice in each glass.
- Top with the prepared matcha mixture. Serve as-is or stir gently to combine.
