Description
Garlic Parmesan Cheeseburger Bombs are golden biscuit dough bites filled with juicy seasoned beef and gooey cheddar cheese, brushed with garlic butter, and topped with Parmesan. They’re easy to make, kid-friendly, and perfect for parties or casual meals.
Ingredients
- 450 g ground beef
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (about 450 g, 8 biscuits)
- 120 g cheddar cheese, cut into small cubes
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
- 1 tsp minced garlic or garlic powder
- 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 190°C (375°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a skillet over medium heat, add olive oil and cook ground beef with salt, pepper, paprika, and onion powder until browned. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
- Separate biscuit dough and flatten each piece into a 10 cm circle.
- Place 1 1/2 tablespoons of cooked beef and a cube of cheddar cheese in the center of each dough circle.
- Wrap dough around filling and pinch seams to seal, forming a smooth ball. Place seam-side down on the baking sheet.
- Mix melted butter and garlic, then brush over each dough ball.
- Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over the tops.
- Bake for 18–22 minutes, until golden and cooked through.
- Remove from oven, garnish with parsley if desired, and serve warm.
Notes
- Seal dough tightly to avoid leaks during baking.
- Use homemade dough if preferred over biscuit dough.
- To reheat, bake at 170°C for 8–10 minutes or air-fry at 180°C for 10–12 minutes.
- Freeze for up to 2 months and reheat directly from frozen.
