Ingredients
- 2 naan breads
- 1 1/2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded
- 1/2 cup barbecue sauce
- 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
- 1 small jalapeño, thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F).
- Place naan breads on a baking sheet and brush lightly with olive oil.
- Spread barbecue sauce evenly over each naan.
- Top with shredded chicken.
- Sprinkle mozzarella cheese evenly over the chicken.
- Add sliced red onions and jalapeños.
- Bake for 8–10 minutes until cheese is melted and edges are crispy.
- Remove from oven and garnish with cilantro.
- Slice and serve immediately.
