Description

A quick and flavorful flatbread pizza topped with tender BBQ chicken, melted cheese, and a hint of spice on a crispy naan base.


Ingredients

  • 2 naan breads
  • 1 1/2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded
  • 1/2 cup barbecue sauce
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 small jalapeño, thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. Place naan breads on a baking sheet and brush lightly with olive oil.
  3. Spread barbecue sauce evenly over each naan.
  4. Top with shredded chicken.
  5. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese evenly over the chicken.
  6. Add sliced red onions and jalapeños.
  7. Bake for 8–10 minutes until cheese is melted and edges are crispy.
  8. Remove from oven and garnish with cilantro.
  9. Slice and serve immediately.
