Ingredients
- 1 lb (450 g) carrots, peeled and cut into sticks or rounds
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1/3 cup fresh orange juice

- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley (optional)
Instructions
