Ingredients
- 1 cup fresh blackberries
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 10–12 fresh mint leaves
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 2 cups sparkling water or club soda
- 1/2 cup still water
- Ice cubes as needed
- Extra blackberries and mint for garnish
Instructions
- Place blackberries, mint leaves, and honey in a glass or shaker and gently muddle until juicy and fragrant.
- Add lemon juice and still water, then stir to combine.
- Strain mixture into a pitcher or glasses to remove seeds, if desired.
- Fill glasses with ice and pour mixture until two-thirds full.
- Top with sparkling water and gently stir.
- Garnish with extra blackberries and mint, then serve immediately.
