Ingredients
- 2 cups Greek yogurt
- 2 cups plain yogurt
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 5 tablespoons honey
- 1/3 cup sliced almonds
- 1 teaspoon almond extract
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix the Greek yogurt, plain yogurt, sugar, and honey until smooth and fully combined.
- Add the almond extract and sliced almonds, stirring until evenly distributed.
- Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker and churn according to manufacturer’s instructions, until the mixture is frozen and creamy.
- Serve immediately for a soft-serve texture, or transfer to a freezer-safe container and freeze until firmer.

- Use only Greek yogurt for a thicker, tangier result.
- Adjust sweetness by changing the ratio of honey to sugar or using alternative sweeteners.
