Ingredients
- 1/2 cup plain yogurt
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/2 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 1/2 teaspoons ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 1/2 pounds skinless, boneless chicken breasts
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine yogurt, lemon juice, cilantro, olive oil, garlic, cumin, paprika, cinnamon, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Add chicken and coat thoroughly with the marinade.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
- Preheat grill to high heat.

- Flip and move to a cooler part of the grill, cover, and cook until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
