Ingredients
- 2 ½ cups full-fat strained Greek yogurt
- ¾ teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 1 cup walnut halves or large pieces
- ½ cup Greek honey or thick floral honey
- Ground cinnamon, for sprinkling
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C). Spread walnuts on a baking tray and toast for 7–8 minutes until golden and fragrant.
- Transfer toasted walnuts to a mixing bowl and pour honey over them. Gently mix to coat and let cool for 1–2 minutes.
- In a separate bowl, combine Greek yogurt and vanilla extract. Stir until smooth.
- Divide yogurt into 6–7 small bowls or glasses.
- Spoon honey-coated walnuts over each portion.
- Sprinkle a dusting of cinnamon over each serving just before serving.
- Serve immediately or chill briefly if preferred cold.

- Use toasted almonds or pistachios for variation.
- Top with orange zest or fresh berries for added flavor.
- Mix tahini into the honey for extra depth.
- Low-fat yogurt can be used but is less rich.
