Description

Ingredients

  • 2 ½ cups full-fat strained Greek yogurt
  • ¾ teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 1 cup walnut halves or large pieces
  • ½ cup Greek honey or thick floral honey
  • Ground cinnamon, for sprinkling

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C). Spread walnuts on a baking tray and toast for 7–8 minutes until golden and fragrant.
  2. Transfer toasted walnuts to a mixing bowl and pour honey over them. Gently mix to coat and let cool for 1–2 minutes.
  3. In a separate bowl, combine Greek yogurt and vanilla extract. Stir until smooth.
  4. Divide yogurt into 6–7 small bowls or glasses.
  5. Spoon honey-coated walnuts over each portion.
  6. Sprinkle a dusting of cinnamon over each serving just before serving.
  7. Serve immediately or chill briefly if preferred cold.
