Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken thighs
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon sweet paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
- 1/2 teaspoon chili flakes (optional)
- 1/4 cup chicken broth
Instructions
- Pat chicken thighs dry and mix paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Rub the spice mixture evenly over the chicken.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and cook chicken for 5–6 minutes per side until golden.
- Remove chicken and sauté garlic in the same pan for about 30 seconds.
- Add chicken broth and lemon juice, stirring to deglaze the pan.
- Return chicken to the skillet, reduce heat, and simmer for 10–12 minutes until fully cooked.
- Spoon sauce over chicken while cooking to keep it moist.
- Garnish with parsley and chili flakes before serving.

- Use both smoked and sweet paprika for best flavor.
- Chicken breast can be used but may cook faster.
