Description

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken thighs
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon sweet paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
  • 1/2 teaspoon chili flakes (optional)
  • 1/4 cup chicken broth

Instructions

  1. Pat chicken thighs dry and mix paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  2. Rub the spice mixture evenly over the chicken.
  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and cook chicken for 5–6 minutes per side until golden.
  4. Remove chicken and sauté garlic in the same pan for about 30 seconds.
  5. Add chicken broth and lemon juice, stirring to deglaze the pan.
  6. Return chicken to the skillet, reduce heat, and simmer for 10–12 minutes until fully cooked.
  7. Spoon sauce over chicken while cooking to keep it moist.
  8. Garnish with parsley and chili flakes before serving.

  • Use both smoked and sweet paprika for best flavor.
  • Chicken breast can be used but may cook faster.
