Ingredients
½ tablespoon avocado oil
2 pounds steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
2 teaspoons salt
½ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
½ teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
2 tablespoons butter or ghee
6 cloves garlic, minced
¼ cup chopped parsley
Green onion, for garnish
Instructions
- Cut steak into 1-inch bite-size pieces and season with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes.
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat, add avocado oil, then sear steak bites in a single layer for 3–4 minutes until browned, stirring occasionally. Cook in batches if needed.

- Return steak to the skillet and cook for 1–2 minutes, tossing to coat in garlic butter.

Notes
- Use tender cuts like top sirloin, New York strip, ribeye, or tenderloin for best results.
- Do not overcrowd the pan to ensure a good sear.
- For a dairy-free option, use ghee or plant-based butter.
- Add vegetables like zucchini, bell peppers, or onions for a complete meal.
- Fresh garlic is preferred for maximum flavor.
