Description
These Garlic Butter Cheeseburger Rollups combine all the best parts of a cheeseburger—seasoned beef, melted cheese, and pickles—wrapped in pizza dough and baked to golden perfection with a garlic butter finish.
Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/2 cup diced dill pickles
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 tube (13.8 oz) refrigerated pizza dough
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 cloves garlic, finely minced
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef for 6–8 minutes until browned. Drain fat.
- Season beef with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and smoked paprika. Stir and set aside to cool slightly.
- Roll out pizza dough on a lightly floured surface into a 10×14-inch rectangle.
- Spread seasoned beef evenly over the dough, leaving a small border. Top with cheddar cheese and diced pickles.
- Roll the dough tightly from one long side into a log. Pinch the seam to seal and place seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
- Slice into 1-inch thick pieces using a sharp knife.
- Mix melted butter and minced garlic in a small bowl. Brush over each rollup generously.
- Bake for 18–22 minutes until golden brown and cheese is melted.
- Remove from oven, sprinkle with chopped parsley, and serve warm.
Notes
- Swap cheddar with mozzarella or Colby Jack for variety.
- Add jalapeños or chili flakes for a spicy kick.
- Substitute pickles with sautéed onions if preferred.
- Reheat in an oven or air fryer for best texture.
