Description

These Garlic Butter Cheeseburger Rollups combine all the best parts of a cheeseburger—seasoned beef, melted cheese, and pickles—wrapped in pizza dough and baked to golden perfection with a garlic butter finish.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/2 cup diced dill pickles
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 tube (13.8 oz) refrigerated pizza dough
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 cloves garlic, finely minced
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef for 6–8 minutes until browned. Drain fat.
  3. Season beef with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and smoked paprika. Stir and set aside to cool slightly.
  4. Roll out pizza dough on a lightly floured surface into a 10×14-inch rectangle.
  5. Spread seasoned beef evenly over the dough, leaving a small border. Top with cheddar cheese and diced pickles.
  6. Roll the dough tightly from one long side into a log. Pinch the seam to seal and place seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
  7. Slice into 1-inch thick pieces using a sharp knife.
  8. Mix melted butter and minced garlic in a small bowl. Brush over each rollup generously.
  9. Bake for 18–22 minutes until golden brown and cheese is melted.
  10. Remove from oven, sprinkle with chopped parsley, and serve warm.

Notes

  • Swap cheddar with mozzarella or Colby Jack for variety.
  • Add jalapeños or chili flakes for a spicy kick.
  • Substitute pickles with sautéed onions if preferred.
  • Reheat in an oven or air fryer for best texture.
