Description

Frozen Yogurt Bars are a healthy, refreshing snack made from vanilla yogurt, fresh strawberries, blueberries, and a sprinkle of milk chocolate. These easy-to-make bars are perfect for all ages and ideal for make-ahead snacking.

Ingredients

  • 32 ounces vanilla yogurt
  • 1 cup sliced strawberries
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1/4 cup shaved milk chocolate (or mini chocolate chips)

Instructions

  1. Line a 10×17-inch baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Spread the vanilla yogurt evenly in a thin layer across the sheet.
  3. Sprinkle the sliced strawberries and blueberries evenly over the yogurt.
  4. Top with shaved milk chocolate.
  5. Freeze flat for at least 3 hours or overnight until completely frozen.
  6. Once frozen, cut into bars of desired size.
  7. Serve immediately from the freezer and enjoy chilled.

Notes

  • Use Greek yogurt for a creamier, higher-protein option.
  • Let sit at room temperature for 1–2 minutes before cutting for easier slicing.
  • Customize with different fruits, granola, or nut toppings.
  • Best served straight from the freezer—do not thaw.
  • Perfect for kids to help assemble and decorate.
