Description

Frozen Blueberry Greek Yogurt Clusters are cool, creamy bite-sized snacks made with juicy blueberries and sweetened Greek yogurt. They’re refreshing, easy to make, and perfect for a healthy treat straight from the freezer.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh blueberries
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Wash and fully dry the blueberries to avoid excess ice.
  2. In a bowl, stir together Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  3. Gently fold in the blueberries to coat them evenly.
  4. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  5. Using a spoon, scoop small clusters of the blueberry yogurt mixture onto the sheet.
  6. Freeze for 1–2 hours until firm.
  7. Transfer frozen clusters to a freezer-safe container for storage.

Notes

  • Use full-fat yogurt for creamier texture.
  • Dry blueberries thoroughly to prevent icy clusters.
  • Add chopped nuts for extra crunch and nutrition.
  • Let sit at room temperature for 1–2 minutes before eating if too hard.
