Ingredients
- Halloumi cheese

- Honey

- Sumac
- Sesame seeds
Instructions
- Slice halloumi into ½-inch thick pieces and pat dry with paper towels.
- Heat olive oil in a nonstick pan over medium-high heat until shimmering.
- Add halloumi slices and fry for 2 minutes per side until golden and crispy.
- Warm the honey in a microwave or small saucepan.
- Transfer fried halloumi to a plate and drizzle with warm honey.
- Sprinkle Aleppo pepper, sumac, and sesame seeds over the top.
- Serve immediately while hot and crispy.

- Cut halloumi into sticks for “fries.”
