Description

This easy tortilla pizza is a fast, crispy, and customizable alternative to traditional pizza—perfect for quick meals or snacks using simple ingredients and ready in just 20 minutes.


Ingredients

  • 1 (8-inch) soft flour tortilla
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 1 pinch garlic powder
  • Salt and ground black pepper, to taste
  • 3 tablespoons tomato sauce
  • 1 cooked chicken breast, sliced
  • ½ green bell pepper, chopped
  • 2 green onions, finely chopped
  • ⅓ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 pinch dried oregano

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Place the tortilla on a baking sheet and brush with olive oil. Sprinkle with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Bake for 3–5 minutes, or until lightly golden and beginning to crisp.
  4. Remove from the oven and spread tomato sauce evenly over the tortilla.
  5. Top with sliced chicken, green bell pepper, and green onions.
  6. Sprinkle with shredded mozzarella cheese.
  7. Return to the oven and bake for another 5 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  8. Remove from oven, sprinkle with dried oregano, slice, and serve.
