Ingredients
- 1 (8-inch) soft flour tortilla
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- 1 pinch garlic powder
- Salt and ground black pepper, to taste
- 3 tablespoons tomato sauce
- 1 cooked chicken breast, sliced
- ½ green bell pepper, chopped
- 2 green onions, finely chopped
- ⅓ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 pinch dried oregano
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Place the tortilla on a baking sheet and brush with olive oil. Sprinkle with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Bake for 3–5 minutes, or until lightly golden and beginning to crisp.
- Remove from the oven and spread tomato sauce evenly over the tortilla.
- Top with sliced chicken, green bell pepper, and green onions.
- Sprinkle with shredded mozzarella cheese.
- Return to the oven and bake for another 5 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Remove from oven, sprinkle with dried oregano, slice, and serve.
