Description

This easy strawberry breakfast smoothie is a creamy, refreshing drink made with frozen strawberries, fruit juice, and yogurt. It’s naturally sweet, quick to prepare, and perfect for breakfast, a light dessert, or a healthy snack.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups unsweetened frozen strawberries
  • 1/2 cup cranberry-raspberry juice
  • 1/4 cup orange juice
  • 1/2 cup vanilla yogurt
  • 2 large fresh strawberries, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Place the frozen strawberries into the bottom of a blender or food processor.
  2. Add the cranberry-raspberry juice and orange juice.
  3. Spoon in the vanilla yogurt.
  4. Cover and blend until completely smooth, stopping to scrape down the sides if needed.
  5. Pour the smoothie into serving glasses.
  6. Garnish each glass with a fresh strawberry and serve immediately.

Notes

  • Use frozen bananas or other berries for flavor variation.
  • Swap vanilla yogurt with plain yogurt for a less sweet version.
  • Use plant-based yogurt for a dairy-free option.
  • For a smoothie bowl, reduce liquid and add toppings.
  • Best served immediately, but can be stored in the fridge for up to 24 hours.
