Juicy, garlic-herb marinated sirloin steak tips seared to perfection in just minutes. This quick, high-protein dish is perfect for weeknight dinners and easy to pair with your favorite sides.
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lbs sirloin steak tips, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- Salt to taste
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)
Instructions
- In a bowl or zip-top bag, whisk together olive oil, garlic, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, balsamic vinegar, rosemary, onion powder, black pepper, and salt.
- Add steak tips and toss to coat. Marinate for at least 30 minutes (or up to 8 hours) in the refrigerator.
- Heat a large skillet or cast iron pan over medium-high heat until very hot.
- Sear steak tips in a single layer for 3–4 minutes per side, working in batches if necessary. Cook to desired doneness.
- Let rest a few minutes before serving. Garnish with fresh parsley.
Notes
- Do not overcrowd the pan or the steak will steam instead of sear.
- Use a meat thermometer for perfect doneness: 130°F for medium-rare, 140°F for medium.
- Add chili flakes to the marinade if you prefer a spicy kick.
