Description

Juicy, garlic-herb marinated sirloin steak tips seared to perfection in just minutes. This quick, high-protein dish is perfect for weeknight dinners and easy to pair with your favorite sides.


Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lbs sirloin steak tips, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl or zip-top bag, whisk together olive oil, garlic, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, balsamic vinegar, rosemary, onion powder, black pepper, and salt.
  2. Add steak tips and toss to coat. Marinate for at least 30 minutes (or up to 8 hours) in the refrigerator.
  3. Heat a large skillet or cast iron pan over medium-high heat until very hot.
  4. Sear steak tips in a single layer for 3–4 minutes per side, working in batches if necessary. Cook to desired doneness.
  5. Let rest a few minutes before serving. Garnish with fresh parsley.

Notes

  • Do not overcrowd the pan or the steak will steam instead of sear.
  • Use a meat thermometer for perfect doneness: 130°F for medium-rare, 140°F for medium.
  • Add chili flakes to the marinade if you prefer a spicy kick.
