Ingredients
- 1 (9-pack) King’s Hawaiian Pretzel Slider Buns
- 8 slices pepper jack cheese
- 1/3 cup cooked beef bacon, crumbled
- 2 cups fried chicken tenders, roughly chopped
- 1/2 cup honey mustard, plus more for dipping
- 1/2 large avocado, cubed
- 1/4 cup cherry tomatoes, quartered
- 1 pinch flaky salt
Instructions
- Split the pretzel slider buns in half and place on a foil-lined baking sheet.
- Evenly distribute pepper jack cheese on both halves of the buns and sprinkle with crumbled beef bacon.
- Broil for a few minutes until cheese melts and buns are golden.
- In a bowl, toss chopped fried chicken tenders with honey mustard until coated.
- Layer honey mustard chicken onto the bottom buns, followed by avocado and tomato pieces.
- Sprinkle lightly with flaky salt and place top buns over the filling.
- Press gently and pull apart into individual sliders. Serve warm with extra honey mustard.
Notes
- For lighter sliders, use grilled or rotisserie chicken instead of fried.
- Prep ingredients ahead and assemble just before serving to prevent sogginess.
- Use regular slider buns if pretzel buns aren’t available.
- Add jalapeños or hot sauce for a spicy variation.
