Description

This Easy 10-Minute Tiramisu is a no-cook, no-fuss version of the classic Italian dessert. Made with espresso-dipped ladyfingers and a rich mascarpone cream, it’s elegant, indulgent, and perfect for last-minute entertaining.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup (8 fl oz / 225 ml) heavy whipping cream
  • 1 cup (8 oz / 225 g) mascarpone cheese, at room temperature
  • 1/3 cup (2 1/2 oz / 71 g) sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups (16 oz / 450 ml) espresso or strong coffee, cooled
  • 1 pack ladyfingers (Boudoir biscuits/Savoiardi)
  • Cocoa powder, for dusting

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, beat whipping cream, sugar, and vanilla until soft peaks form.
  2. Add mascarpone and continue whipping until stiff peaks form.
  3. Briefly dip each ladyfinger into cooled espresso—do not soak.
  4. Arrange 7–9 dipped ladyfingers in a single layer in an 8×8-inch dish.
  5. Spread half of the mascarpone cream mixture evenly over the layer.
  6. Repeat with a second layer of dipped ladyfingers and remaining cream.
  7. Dust the top with cocoa powder.
  8. Refrigerate for 2–4 hours before serving.

Notes

  • Use instant coffee if espresso isn’t available—just make it strong.
  • Quickly dip ladyfingers to avoid sogginess.
  • Can be made a day ahead—flavor improves overnight.
  • Substitute cream cheese blend if mascarpone is unavailable.
