Description

This diabetic-friendly sugar-free Christmas milk cake is a creamy, festive dessert made with just three simple ingredients. It offers a smooth texture and naturally sweet taste without added sugar, making it ideal for those watching their sugar intake.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups skim milk powder (200 g)
  • 1½ cups warm water (360 ml)
  • 1½ teaspoons powdered stevia or erythritol (or to taste)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, add the skim milk powder.
  2. Gradually pour in the warm water while whisking continuously to create a smooth, lump-free mixture.
  3. Add the powdered stevia or erythritol and whisk again until fully dissolved.
  4. Pour the mixture into a small non-stick saucepan and place it over low heat.
  5. Stir constantly for 8 to 10 minutes, until the mixture thickens to a custard-like consistency.
  6. Once thick, immediately pour the mixture into a lightly greased square or round mold.
  7. Smooth the top with a spatula and allow it to cool at room temperature for 20 minutes.
  8. Transfer to the refrigerator and chill for at least 2 hours, or until fully set.
  9. Slice and serve chilled.

  • Add vanilla essence or rose water for extra flavor.
  • Sprinkle unsweetened coconut on top before chilling for texture.
