Ingredients
- 2 cups skim milk powder (200 g)
- 1½ cups warm water (360 ml)
- 1½ teaspoons powdered stevia or erythritol (or to taste)
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, add the skim milk powder.
- Gradually pour in the warm water while whisking continuously to create a smooth, lump-free mixture.
- Add the powdered stevia or erythritol and whisk again until fully dissolved.
- Pour the mixture into a small non-stick saucepan and place it over low heat.
- Stir constantly for 8 to 10 minutes, until the mixture thickens to a custard-like consistency.
- Once thick, immediately pour the mixture into a lightly greased square or round mold.
- Smooth the top with a spatula and allow it to cool at room temperature for 20 minutes.
- Transfer to the refrigerator and chill for at least 2 hours, or until fully set.
- Slice and serve chilled.
Notes
- Add vanilla essence or rose water for extra flavor.
- Sprinkle unsweetened coconut on top before chilling for texture.
- Reduce water by 2 tablespoons for a firmer texture.
