Description

Crispy air fryer cheeseburger wraps filled with seasoned ground beef, melty American cheese, tangy pickles, and creamy sauce, all wrapped in a golden tortilla for a quick and satisfying meal.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound (450 g) ground beef (80% lean recommended)
  • 4 large 10-inch (25 cm) flour tortillas
  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon ketchup
  • 16 sliced pickles (about 1/4 cup, drained well)
  • 4 slices American cheese
  • 1 tablespoon melted butter (plus extra for brushing if desired)
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Heat a large pan over medium heat. Add ground beef and season with salt, black pepper, and garlic powder. Cook for 6–8 minutes, breaking apart, until fully browned. Remove from heat.
  2. Warm tortillas in the microwave for 20–25 seconds under a damp paper towel until soft and pliable.
  3. Lay one tortilla flat. Spread a thin layer of mayonnaise and ketchup in the center. Add 4 pickle slices, 1 slice American cheese, and about 1/2 cup cooked beef.
  4. Fold in the sides and roll tightly like a burrito. Repeat with remaining tortillas and filling.
  5. Brush tops lightly with melted butter.
  6. Preheat air fryer to 380°F (193°C) for 3–4 minutes. Place wraps seam-side down in basket in a single layer.
  7. Air fry for 5 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
  8. Rest for 1–2 minutes, slice in half, and serve hot.
