Crispy air fryer cheeseburger wraps filled with seasoned ground beef, melty American cheese, tangy pickles, and creamy sauce, all wrapped in a golden tortilla for a quick and satisfying meal.
Ingredients
- 1 pound (450 g) ground beef (80% lean recommended)
- 4 large 10-inch (25 cm) flour tortillas
- 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon ketchup
- 16 sliced pickles (about 1/4 cup, drained well)
- 4 slices American cheese
- 1 tablespoon melted butter (plus extra for brushing if desired)
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
Instructions
- Heat a large pan over medium heat. Add ground beef and season with salt, black pepper, and garlic powder. Cook for 6–8 minutes, breaking apart, until fully browned. Remove from heat.
- Warm tortillas in the microwave for 20–25 seconds under a damp paper towel until soft and pliable.
- Lay one tortilla flat. Spread a thin layer of mayonnaise and ketchup in the center. Add 4 pickle slices, 1 slice American cheese, and about 1/2 cup cooked beef.
- Fold in the sides and roll tightly like a burrito. Repeat with remaining tortillas and filling.
- Brush tops lightly with melted butter.
- Preheat air fryer to 380°F (193°C) for 3–4 minutes. Place wraps seam-side down in basket in a single layer.
- Air fry for 5 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
- Rest for 1–2 minutes, slice in half, and serve hot.
