Description

Creamy Lobster Alfredo Pasta is a rich, indulgent dish featuring tender lobster meat tossed in a velvety Parmesan Alfredo sauce with linguine or fettuccine. It’s elegant, quick to prepare, and perfect for special occasions or cozy date nights.

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces fettuccine or linguine pasta
  • 2 lobster tails (or 1 cup cooked lobster meat), chopped
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup baby spinach (optional)
  • Salt, to taste
  • Freshly cracked black pepper, to taste
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice (optional)
  • Extra Parmesan and black pepper for topping

Instructions

  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook pasta according to package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, melt butter. Add minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  3. Add chopped lobster meat and cook for 2–3 minutes until just cooked through and tender.
  4. Lower the heat and pour in heavy cream. Stir and simmer for 2–3 minutes.
  5. Gradually add Parmesan cheese, stirring constantly until melted and sauce thickens.
  6. Add spinach (if using) and stir until wilted. Add cooked pasta and toss to coat evenly in sauce.
  7. Season with salt, pepper, and lemon juice (if using). Stir to combine.
  8. Serve immediately, garnished with extra lobster, Parmesan, and black pepper.

Notes

  • Use fresh Parmesan for best flavor and texture.
  • Don’t overcook the lobster; it becomes rubbery.
  • Lemon juice brightens the rich sauce—optional but recommended.
  • Add reserved pasta water if sauce needs thinning.
  • Great with garlic bread or a green salad on the side.
