Description
Creamy Lobster Alfredo Pasta is a rich, indulgent dish featuring tender lobster meat tossed in a velvety Parmesan Alfredo sauce with linguine or fettuccine. It’s elegant, quick to prepare, and perfect for special occasions or cozy date nights.
Ingredients
- 8 ounces fettuccine or linguine pasta
- 2 lobster tails (or 1 cup cooked lobster meat), chopped
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- ½ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup baby spinach (optional)
- Salt, to taste
- Freshly cracked black pepper, to taste
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice (optional)
- Extra Parmesan and black pepper for topping
Instructions
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook pasta according to package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet over medium heat, melt butter. Add minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add chopped lobster meat and cook for 2–3 minutes until just cooked through and tender.
- Lower the heat and pour in heavy cream. Stir and simmer for 2–3 minutes.
- Gradually add Parmesan cheese, stirring constantly until melted and sauce thickens.
- Add spinach (if using) and stir until wilted. Add cooked pasta and toss to coat evenly in sauce.
- Season with salt, pepper, and lemon juice (if using). Stir to combine.
- Serve immediately, garnished with extra lobster, Parmesan, and black pepper.
Notes
- Use fresh Parmesan for best flavor and texture.
- Don’t overcook the lobster; it becomes rubbery.
- Lemon juice brightens the rich sauce—optional but recommended.
- Add reserved pasta water if sauce needs thinning.
- Great with garlic bread or a green salad on the side.
