Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons whole-egg mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tablespoon grapeseed oil or neutral oil
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 teaspoons water
- 1 1/2 tablespoons finely chopped chives
Instructions
- Add mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, vinegar, olive oil, neutral oil, salt, pepper, water, and chives to a jar or bowl.
- Shake in a sealed jar or whisk until smooth and fully emulsified.
- Taste and adjust seasoning or consistency as needed.
- Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to use.
Notes
- Shake or stir before serving as ingredients may separate.
- Add honey for a slightly sweeter variation.
- Use parsley instead of chives for a different flavor.
