Ingredients
- 2 large bananas, peeled, sliced, and frozen
- ½ cup plain unsweetened vegan yogurt (coconut or almond-based)
- 1 cup unsweetened cashew milk (or other plant-based milk)
- 1 scoop collagen powder or plant-based protein powder
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
Instructions
- Add frozen bananas, vegan yogurt, cashew milk, collagen or protein powder, and vanilla extract to a high-speed blender.
- Blend on high until smooth and creamy. Add more milk if needed for consistency.
- Pour into a glass and serve immediately.
