Description

This creamy banana smoothie is a quick, dairy-free, plant-based drink made with frozen bananas, vegan yogurt, cashew milk, vanilla, and optional protein or collagen. It’s naturally sweet, thick, and perfect as a nutritious breakfast or snack.


Ingredients

  • 2 large bananas, peeled, sliced, and frozen
  • ½ cup plain unsweetened vegan yogurt (coconut or almond-based)
  • 1 cup unsweetened cashew milk (or other plant-based milk)
  • 1 scoop collagen powder or plant-based protein powder
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Add frozen bananas, vegan yogurt, cashew milk, collagen or protein powder, and vanilla extract to a high-speed blender.
  2. Blend on high until smooth and creamy. Add more milk if needed for consistency.
  3. Pour into a glass and serve immediately.
