Description

This Cream Cheese Cake is moist, fluffy, and delicately tangy, combining simple ingredients into a rich yet light dessert. Perfect for any occasion, it’s delicious on its own or with your favorite toppings.


Ingredients

  • 225 g cream cheese, softened
  • 170 g unsalted butter, softened
  • 300 g granulated sugar
  • 4 large eggs, room temperature
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 300 g all-purpose flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 120 ml whole milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 170°C. Grease and line a 23 cm round or loaf pan.
  2. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and butter until smooth. Add sugar and beat until light and fluffy.
  3. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each. Stir in vanilla extract.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk flour, baking powder, and salt. Add to the wet ingredients in two additions, alternating with milk. Mix until just combined.
  5. Pour batter into prepared pan, smooth top, and bake for 55–65 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
  6. Cool in pan for 15 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely before slicing.
