Ingredients
- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/2 cup sliced pepperoni
- 1/4 cup pizza sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a medium bowl, combine cottage cheese, mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well blended.
