Ingredients
- 1/3 cup full-fat canned coconut milk, well shaken or stirred
- 1/2 cup cottage cheese (2% or preferred variety)
- 1/4 cup fresh or frozen berries (raspberries, blueberries, or mixed berries)
- 1/2 teaspoon xylitol (optional)
- 3 packets stevia (adjust to taste)
- 1 splash vanilla extract
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a mixing bowl, blender, or food processor.
