This cinnamon roll milkshake blends vanilla ice cream, real cinnamon roll pieces, warm spices, and a hint of cream cheese into a creamy, indulgent drink that tastes just like a cinnamon roll in a glass.
Ingredients
- 2 cups vanilla ice cream
- ¾ cup whole milk or half-and-half
- 1 small cinnamon roll, cut into pieces (about ½ cup chopped)
- 1½ teaspoons ground cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon cream cheese, softened
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
- Optional toppings and rim:
- 2 tablespoons cream cheese frosting
- 2 tablespoons cinnamon sugar
- ½ cup whipped cream
- 2 tablespoons chopped cinnamon roll pieces
- 1–2 tablespoons caramel drizzle
Instructions
- Optional: Rim the glass with cream cheese frosting and dip into cinnamon sugar. Chill the glass in the refrigerator while preparing the milkshake.
- Add vanilla ice cream, milk, cinnamon roll pieces, ground cinnamon, brown sugar, cream cheese, and vanilla extract to a blender.
- Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides if needed.
- Pour into the prepared glass and top with whipped cream, extra cinnamon roll pieces, and caramel drizzle, if using.
- Serve immediately with a straw or spoon.
