Ingredients

  • 3 cups rolled oats
  • ½ teaspoon baking powder
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 1/3 cup maple syrup
  • 2 cups milk
  • For the icing:

  2. In a medium bowl, combine oats, baking powder, salt, eggs, vanilla, cinnamon, maple syrup, and milk. Stir well to combine.
  3. Pour mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
  4. Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until the top is golden and the center is set.
