Description

Chocolate Sesame Fudge is a rich, no-bake dessert blending deep chocolate flavor with nutty tahini and toasted sesame seeds. It’s creamy, indulgent, and easy to make—perfect for entertaining or gifting.


Ingredients

  • 1 can (395 g) sweetened condensed milk
  • 300 g dark chocolate, finely chopped
  • 60 g unsalted butter
  • 120 g tahini (sesame paste)
  • 40 g toasted sesame seeds
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon fine salt

Instructions

  1. Line an 8 x 8 inch square pan with parchment paper, leaving an overhang for easy removal.
  2. In a heavy-bottom saucepan over low heat, combine sweetened condensed milk and butter, stirring until melted.
  3. Add chopped chocolate and stir until smooth and fully melted.
  4. Remove from heat and mix in tahini, vanilla extract, and salt.
  5. Fold in half of the sesame seeds evenly.
  6. Pour the fudge mixture into the prepared pan and smooth the top.
  7. Sprinkle remaining sesame seeds over the surface.
  8. Refrigerate for at least 3 hours until firm.
  9. Once set, lift out using parchment and cut into squares with a sharp knife.
