Ingredients
- 1 can (395 g) sweetened condensed milk
- 300 g dark chocolate, finely chopped
- 60 g unsalted butter
- 120 g tahini (sesame paste)
- 40 g toasted sesame seeds
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon fine salt
Instructions
- Line an 8 x 8 inch square pan with parchment paper, leaving an overhang for easy removal.
- In a heavy-bottom saucepan over low heat, combine sweetened condensed milk and butter, stirring until melted.
- Add chopped chocolate and stir until smooth and fully melted.
- Remove from heat and mix in tahini, vanilla extract, and salt.
- Fold in half of the sesame seeds evenly.
- Pour the fudge mixture into the prepared pan and smooth the top.
- Sprinkle remaining sesame seeds over the surface.
- Refrigerate for at least 3 hours until firm.
- Once set, lift out using parchment and cut into squares with a sharp knife.
