Description

Chocolate Reese’s Pieces Cookies are rich, chewy, and packed with bold chocolate flavor and the peanut buttery crunch of Reese’s Pieces. Made with cocoa powder, chocolate chips, and colorful candies, these easy cookies are perfect for any chocolate-peanut butter fan.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 3/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 cup Reese’s Pieces candy
  • 1 cup chocolate chips (semi-sweet or milk)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. Cream together the butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Beat in eggs and vanilla extract until smooth.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt.
  5. Gradually add dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until fully combined.
  6. Fold in Reese’s Pieces and chocolate chips.
  7. Scoop 2-tablespoon portions onto baking sheets, spacing well. Press a few extra Reese’s Pieces on top of each.
  8. Bake for 9–11 minutes, or until edges are set and centers are still soft.
  9. Cool on baking sheet for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack.

  • Chilling dough for 30 minutes creates thicker cookies.
  • Use white chocolate chips or peanut butter chips for a fun variation.
