Description

Ingredients

  • 2 cups granulated sugar
  • ½ cup unsalted butter
  • ½ cup milk
  • ¼ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • ½ cup creamy peanut butter
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 3 cups quick oats

Instructions

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium saucepan over medium heat, combine sugar, butter, milk, and cocoa powder. Stir continuously until fully heated.
  3. Bring the mixture to a full boil and continue boiling 1–2 minutes, stirring constantly.
  4. Remove from heat and immediately stir in peanut butter and vanilla extract until smooth.

  6. Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing slightly apart.
