Description

These no-bake chocolate mint truffles are rich, creamy, and refreshingly minty — made with butter, cream cheese, and mini chocolate chips. Easy to customize and perfect for holidays or gatherings.


Ingredients

  • ½ cup unsalted butter, room temperature
  • ½ cup full-fat cream cheese
  • 1½ teaspoons mint extract
  • Green food coloring (optional)
  • 4½ cups powdered sugar
  • ¾ cup mini chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine butter, cream cheese, mint extract, and green food coloring (if using). Mix until smooth.
  2. Gradually add powdered sugar, 1 cup at a time, mixing well after each addition until smooth and thick.
  3. Stir in mini chocolate chips until evenly distributed.
  4. Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for 1–2 hours until firm enough to roll.
  5. Scoop small portions and roll into balls using your hands or a small cookie scoop.
  6. (Optional) Roll truffles in cocoa powder, powdered sugar, or dip in melted chocolate.
  7. Let set at room temperature or chill again before serving.
