Ingredients
- 1 cup unsalted butter, softened

Instructions
- Cream the softened butter and sugar together until smooth.
- Add vanilla extract and mix until combined.

- Cool cookies completely on a wire rack.
- Melt the chopped chocolate in a saucepan over low heat, stirring constantly until smooth.
- Dip each cooled cookie halfway into the melted chocolate and place on wax paper.
- Refrigerate cookies for about 20 minutes until the chocolate sets.
