Description
Chocolate Dipped Peanut Butter Pretzels are a sweet-and-salty no-bake treat made with mini peanut butter cups, crispy pretzels, and smooth white chocolate coating. Perfect for holidays, parties, or edible gifts.
Ingredients
- 48 square pretzel snaps
- 24 mini peanut butter cups
- 4 ounces white chocolate candy coating
- Candy sprinkles
Instructions
- Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper. Arrange 24 pretzel snaps in rows, salt side down.
- Place one mini peanut butter cup on top of each pretzel snap.
- Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 1 minute, just until the peanut butter cups begin to soften.
- Top each with a second pretzel snap, salt side up, and gently press to form sandwiches.
- Let cool completely, or refrigerate/freeze until chocolate firms.
- Melt the white chocolate candy coating in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring every 30 seconds until smooth.
- Dip each pretzel sandwich halfway into the melted chocolate and place back on the parchment-lined sheet.
- Immediately top with candy sprinkles.
- Let the chocolate set completely before serving or storing.
Notes
- Use candy melts or coating chocolate for best results—these set up firmer than chocolate chips.
- Speed up cooling by placing trays in the fridge or freezer.
- Handle pretzels gently to avoid cracking during assembly.
- Add festive sprinkles to match seasonal celebrations.
- These make great edible gifts—package in cellophane or small treat boxes.
