Description

Chocolate Dipped Peanut Butter Pretzels are a sweet-and-salty no-bake treat made with mini peanut butter cups, crispy pretzels, and smooth white chocolate coating. Perfect for holidays, parties, or edible gifts.

Ingredients

  • 48 square pretzel snaps
  • 24 mini peanut butter cups
  • 4 ounces white chocolate candy coating
  • Candy sprinkles

Instructions

  1. Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper. Arrange 24 pretzel snaps in rows, salt side down.
  2. Place one mini peanut butter cup on top of each pretzel snap.
  3. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 1 minute, just until the peanut butter cups begin to soften.
  4. Top each with a second pretzel snap, salt side up, and gently press to form sandwiches.
  5. Let cool completely, or refrigerate/freeze until chocolate firms.
  6. Melt the white chocolate candy coating in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring every 30 seconds until smooth.
  7. Dip each pretzel sandwich halfway into the melted chocolate and place back on the parchment-lined sheet.
  8. Immediately top with candy sprinkles.
  9. Let the chocolate set completely before serving or storing.

Notes

  • Use candy melts or coating chocolate for best results—these set up firmer than chocolate chips.
  • Speed up cooling by placing trays in the fridge or freezer.
  • Handle pretzels gently to avoid cracking during assembly.
  • Add festive sprinkles to match seasonal celebrations.
  • These make great edible gifts—package in cellophane or small treat boxes.
