Description

These Chocolate Covered S’mores transform the classic campfire treat into a no-bake, mess-free dessert bar with marshmallow crème, graham crackers, and a rich chocolate coating. Perfect for parties, holidays, or anytime you want a handheld sweet snack.


Ingredients

  • 16 whole graham cracker squares
  • 1 container (7 ounces) marshmallow crème
  • 1 package (about 16 ounces) chocolate almond bark or other melting chocolate
  • 1/3 cup chopped nuts, sprinkles, or other desired toppings

Instructions

  1. Place 8 graham cracker squares on a baking sheet.
  2. Scoop a heaping tablespoon of marshmallow crème onto each cracker.
  3. Top with remaining graham crackers, pressing gently to form sandwiches.
  4. Transfer to the freezer and freeze for at least 30 minutes to firm the marshmallow.
  5. Melt the chocolate almond bark in a heat-safe bowl over simmering water, stirring until smooth. Let cool slightly but remain fluid.
  6. Remove s’mores sandwiches from the freezer and dip each into melted chocolate, coating both sides. Let excess drip off.
  7. Place dipped sandwiches on a parchment-lined tray and immediately sprinkle with desired toppings.
  8. Return the tray to the freezer for at least 30 minutes until fully set.
  9. Store at room temperature, in the fridge, or enjoy straight from the freezer.
