Ingredients
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 pound boneless skinless chicken breasts, thinly sliced or pounded to ¼ inch thickness
- 5.3 ounces garlic & fine herbs Boursin cheese (1 package)
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil.
- In a small bowl, mix garlic powder, smoked paprika, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Place chicken cutlets on the prepared baking sheet and season both sides with the spice mix.
- Spread a layer of Boursin cheese on top of each piece of chicken.
- Sprinkle mozzarella over the Boursin cheese layer.
- Roll each chicken breast tightly, seam-side down. Secure with toothpicks if needed.
- Bake for 35–40 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Let rest for 5 minutes before slicing or serving. Remove toothpicks if used.

- Try different Boursin flavors like shallot & chive or pepper for variation.
- Add spinach, roasted red peppers, or mushrooms for extra filling.
- Sprinkle parmesan on top before baking for a crispier finish.
- Secure with toothpicks to prevent unrolling.
