Description

Ingredients

  • 1 kilogram chicken pieces (bone-in thighs, drumsticks, or breast pieces)
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup ketchup
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 packet dry onion soup mix (about 40 g)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).
  2. Arrange the chicken pieces in a single layer in a medium-sized casserole dish.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine brown sugar, ketchup, water, and dry onion soup mix. Stir until well blended.
  4. Pour the sauce evenly over the chicken, coating each piece thoroughly.
  5. Bake uncovered for 60 minutes, spooning sauce over the chicken halfway through.
  6. Remove from the oven once the chicken is tender and glazed. Serve hot with your favorite sides.
