Description

Chicken-Alfredo Baked Penne is a creamy, cheesy baked pasta dish made with tender chicken, broccoli, and Alfredo sauce. It’s an easy, comforting meal perfect for weeknights or feeding a crowd.


Ingredients

  • 12 oz (about 4 cups) uncooked penne pasta
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 packages (14 oz each) chicken tenders, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 bag (12 oz) frozen broccoli cuts, thawed
  • 2 jars (16 oz each) Alfredo pasta sauce
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese (8 oz)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook penne pasta according to package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  3. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add chicken, salt, and pepper. Cook for 6–8 minutes until fully cooked.
  4. Add cooked pasta, thawed broccoli, and Alfredo sauce to the skillet. Stir gently to combine.
  5. Transfer the mixture into a 13×9-inch baking dish. Top evenly with shredded mozzarella.
  6. Bake uncovered for 25–30 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
  7. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
