Ingredients
- 4 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 8 low-carb tortillas
- 1/2 cup pizza sauce
- 48 slices pepperoni
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Lay tortillas flat and spread about 1 tablespoon of pizza sauce on each, leaving a 1/2-inch border.
- Sprinkle 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese evenly over each tortilla.
- Place 6 slices of pepperoni in a single layer over the cheese.
- Roll each tortilla tightly and place seam-side down on the baking sheet.
- Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until cheese is melted and tortillas are golden brown.
- Let cool for a few minutes, then slice in half and serve warm.
