Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked chicken breast, finely chopped or shredded
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 4 tablespoons cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley or dried parsley
- 1 package crescent roll dough (8 rolls)
- 1 tablespoon melted butter
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 190°C (375°F). Lightly grease or line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, combine chicken, mozzarella, cheddar, cream cheese, and sour cream.
- Add garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and parsley. Mix well until creamy and combined.
- Separate crescent dough into 8 triangles.
- Spoon about 2 tablespoons of filling onto the wide end of each triangle.
- Roll each triangle from the wide end to the point, sealing the filling inside.
- Place rolls seam-side down on the baking sheet.
- Brush tops with melted butter.
- Bake for 12–15 minutes until golden brown and fully cooked.
- Cool slightly and serve warm.

- Add bell peppers, spinach, or green onions for extra flavor.
- Use turkey instead of chicken for a variation.
- Don’t overfill to prevent leaking.
