Description

Flaky crescent rolls filled with creamy, cheesy chicken for a quick and comforting snack or meal. Perfect for busy nights, parties, or anytime you need a warm, satisfying bite.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken breast, finely chopped or shredded
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 4 tablespoons cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley or dried parsley
  • 1 package crescent roll dough (8 rolls)
  • 1 tablespoon melted butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 190°C (375°F). Lightly grease or line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, combine chicken, mozzarella, cheddar, cream cheese, and sour cream.
  3. Add garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and parsley. Mix well until creamy and combined.
  4. Separate crescent dough into 8 triangles.
  5. Spoon about 2 tablespoons of filling onto the wide end of each triangle.
  6. Roll each triangle from the wide end to the point, sealing the filling inside.
  7. Place rolls seam-side down on the baking sheet.
  8. Brush tops with melted butter.
  9. Bake for 12–15 minutes until golden brown and fully cooked.
  10. Cool slightly and serve warm.

  • Use turkey instead of chicken for a variation.
