Ingredients

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F) and prepare a muffin tin.
- In a bowl, whisk flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, garlic powder, and black pepper.
- Stir in cheddar, mozzarella, and parsley.
- In another bowl, whisk eggs, milk, and melted butter, then add minced garlic.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients, mixing gently until just combined.
- Divide batter into muffin cups, filling about three-quarters full.
- Bake for 18–22 minutes until golden and cooked through.
- Cool slightly before serving.
