Description

Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, finely chopped
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F) and prepare a muffin tin.
  2. In a bowl, whisk flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, garlic powder, and black pepper.
  3. Stir in cheddar, mozzarella, and parsley.
  4. In another bowl, whisk eggs, milk, and melted butter, then add minced garlic.
  5. Combine wet and dry ingredients, mixing gently until just combined.
  6. Divide batter into muffin cups, filling about three-quarters full.
  7. Bake for 18–22 minutes until golden and cooked through.
  8. Cool slightly before serving.
