1 tbsp granulated sugar
1 tbsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 cup unsalted butter, cold and diced
1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
2 tbsp fresh chives, chopped
1 cup buttermilk
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
