Description

Ingredients

  • 1 (11.36 oz / 322 g) package Cheddar Bay–style biscuit mix, including the seasoning packet
  • 8 oz (226 g) cream cheese, softened
  • 1¼ cups (about 5 oz / 140 g) shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 lb (454 g) uncooked halal sausage, breakfast-style or mildly spicy

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl or stand mixer, add the biscuit mix and seasoning packet, uncooked sausage, softened cream cheese, and shredded cheddar cheese.
  3. Mix until everything is fully combined and a thick dough forms.
  4. Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls using your hands or a small scoop.
  5. Place the balls evenly spaced on the prepared baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
  7. Remove from oven and let cool slightly before serving.
